How to set up your Fire TV Stick:

We suggest that the most convenient and user-friendly way to enjoy our services is to use a AMAZON Fire TV Stick with your smart TV. Fire TV Sticks are an inexpensive, versatile, functional, and a user friendly media player for streaming our services. The following guide is designed to assist you in setting up your Fire TV Stick, but it does not address every issue you may encounter.

STEP 1: Enable Unknown Sources

To ensure the Downloader app can install either the IPTV Smarters Pro app on your Fire TV Stick, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your device’s Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options within the My Fire TV menu.
2. Find ‘Install Unknown Apps‘ or ‘Apps from Unknown Sources‘ and select it.
3. You’ll see a list of apps; locate ‘Downloader.’ It will display as ‘Off’.
4. Hover over the ‘Downloader‘ app and press ‘OK‘ on your remote to toggle the option to ‘On’.
By enabling this setting, you grant the Downloader app permission to install third-party applications, like IPTV Smarters Pro, which are not available through the official app store.

If you are unable to find Developer Options on your Fire TV Stick menu follow these instructions now:

To show developer Options on your Fire TV, go to Settings > My Fire TV (or Device & Software) > About. Then repeatedly press the center/select button on your remote (7 times or so), then the first line (device name0 until you see a message saying .. “You are now a developer” – after which the menu appears in the previous screen.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Go to Settings: From the Fire TV home screen, navigate to the right to find the gear icon (Settings) and select it.
Find 'About': Scroll down and select My Fire TV (or Device & Software) and then choose About.
Activate Developer Mode: Highlight the first option (your device's name, e.g., "Fire TV Stick") and press the center/select button on your remote about seven times.
Confirmation: You'll see a message like "You are now a developer!" at the bottom of the screen.
Access Options: Press the back button on your remote. The Developer Options menu will now appear under My Fire TV.

What's Inside:
Once enabled, you can access features like ADB Debugging and the crucial "Apps from Unknown Sources" setting, which allows installing apps from outside the Amazon Appstore.

STEP 2: Get the Downloader App on the Fire TV Stick

The Downloader app is a vital tool for Fire TV Stick users looking to sideload applications not available on the Amazon App Store. It’s a user-friendly app that allows you to directly download and install third-party apps onto your Fire TV Stick by entering the app’s URL or browsing the internet. With its straightforward interface, the Downloader app simplifies the process of obtaining and running APK files, thus opening up a broader range of entertainment options beyond the default selections.

Follow the steps below to get the Downloader instantly on Fire TV Stick, or from the Google Play Store (for Android device users):

Go to the Home Screen and from the Menu, click on Find or the magnifying glass icon.

Type the “Downloader” using the on–screen keyboard.

The Downloader has the orange background, so ensure you are downloading the correct app.

From the next screen, click on the Download button.

Once installed, do not open it yet!

STEP 3: Download and set up the IPTV Smarters Pro App

Now that the Unknown Sources for Downloader has been enabled, you are ready for the last step to get either of the apps we mentioned at the beginning of this tutorial.

Go to the Home Screen and click on the Applications icon (it is an icon with 3 squares and a + sign) next to the Profile.
Now, click on the MY Apps and choose the Downloader App (it will be an orange icon with the D on it).
The Downloader App will open, and in the top Search bar, type the following URL and click GO.

This will take several minutes, and you may have to click a box verifying that you are human. Then a page with information regarding the Smarters App will appear. Before proceeding, to the right of the top Search Bar, there are two icons – the first one is labelled GO and a Hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines). Click on the Hamburger icon and click the Add current page to favorites.
Then a light blue vertical box will appear (called IPTV Smarters Pro) will appear with a checkmark icon in the middle, saying – App Installed. Click on OPEN, and you will now be directed to the IPTV Smarters Pro App homepage.

The Device Option screen will appear, click TV, and save. Now click on Accept the licensing agreement.
The Choose Playlist screen will appear. Click on Xtreme Codes – now four boxes will appear:

Any Name – type in your name
Username – type in the username that was emailed to your inbox (case sensitive)
Password – type in the password that was emailed to your inbox (case sensitive)
URL box – type in the URL that was emailed to your inbox (case sensitive)

Now click the ADD PLAYLIST; this will take several minutes to download the playlist. You are set, ENJOY!

NOTE:
Do not use the Connect VPN option from the App; it is not in use! To Set Up a VPN on a Fire TV Stick, you can check our article called VPN Recommendations under the tab called VPN Services on the homepage.

When the Playlist is added, you have to download each section manually, hover on Live TV, Movies, and Series press OK to download the content. This may take several minutes for each box to download and process to complete itself.

Once the content is downloaded, you will be able to access each section - Live TV, Movies, or Series.

Now, highlight any Channel that you want to stream and hit the OK button to start streaming.
You can hover over the screen and hit OK again to open it to full-screen mode.
